I used these colours and layout as the visual impact would be very good. I wanted some panels to go together when folded out and used some shading to create very 3D standing out visuals that make it look interesting. The colours, tones and shapes relate to the genre of music in our music video as there is a lot of strong colours and lines that reflect the strong, plain beats of the music.
Todd- there's a few things you need to do here.

2.Make sure you have evidence of completion of all tasks- i cant see any evidence of Planning Task 7: Concept, 8:Storyboards 9: list of equipment/props, 11 Shooting Schedule, 13 Photo shoot 14 location permission ( I know you have this from Magma!) and 15 Talent release forms.
Make sure all your posts are visual and your have offered in depth analysis and evaluation. JIN
Todd- As far as I can see you have not attempted any of my suggestions to improve your grade. This is a shame as you have not hit your target grade. This must be addressed by more effort and work on your part. JIN
